We encounter anger in the legal profession more than many others for obvious reasons -- and it can easily come from and impact our personal lives as well. The first step to dealing with anger and controlling its effects is understanding where it comes from, then we can learn to calm and transform it -- and even avoid some of it entirely with more mindful communication.
